This policy describes how the mobile game HAP! (the “App”), published by Aleksandr Ilichev, trading as Nutty Gear Studio (“we”), handles information.
The App has no user accounts and shows no advertising. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address or contacts, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. Deleting the App removes this information.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. Apple’s processing of your information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta services, the App uses the Meta SDK if it was installed from the App Store of a country outside Russia, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and the device region is not Russia. The SDK sends Meta events about the App’s installation and launches, their time, the App version, device model, operating system version, language, time zone, screen parameters, an identifier generated by the SDK on the device and technical error reports concerning the SDK; Meta also receives the IP address of the connection. The App does not allow the SDK to read the advertising identifier and does not ask iOS for permission to track. The recipient is Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA), which processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy. The basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and promoting the App. You may object by contacting us. Installations from the App Store of Russia, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland do not use the Meta SDK.
If you have allowed it in your device settings, Apple may share with developers aggregated statistics and crash reports. This information does not identify you, and we use it only to improve the App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.

SDK передаёт Meta события об установке и запусках Приложения, их время, версию Приложения, модель устройства, версию операционной системы, язык, часовой пояс, параметры экрана, идентификатор, созданный SDK на устройстве, и технические отчёты об ошибках SDK; Meta также получает IP-адрес подключения. Приложение не позволяет SDK считывать рекламный идентификатор и не запрашивает у iOS разрешение на отслеживание. Получатель — Meta Platforms, Inc. (США); Meta обрабатывает эти данные по своим условиям и политике конфиденциальности. Основание — наш законный интерес в измерении и продвижении Приложения. Возразить можно, написав нам. Установки из App Store России, Европейской экономической зоны, Великобритании и Швейцарии Meta SDK не используют.
Если вы разрешили это в настройках устройства, Apple может передавать разработчикам обобщённую статистику и отчёты о сбоях. Эта информация не позволяет вас идентифицировать, и мы используем её только для улучшения Приложения.
Мы сознательно не собираем персональные данные ни у кого, в том числе у детей.
